REGISTRATION FEE

Registration is required for all participants. Please complete and submit on-line the Registration Form to the Organizing Committee. Use a separate form for each participant.

Early bird registration deadline: To take advantage of the reduced conference registration fees, register and pay registration fee before or on 29 August 2025. Higher fees apply after 29 August 2025.

VAT is included in the listed prices.

*Please note that the reduced registration fee is only available for the members of the Slovenian Chemical Society with settled membership obligations (paid membership fee for 2025). Annual Society’s membership fee: 20 EUR (regular members), 5 EUR (students).

Registration fee is charged per person, not per abstract.

Fee includes:

– access to the conference and exhibition
– conference and promotional material
– book of abstracts in a digital form
– daily coffee breaks, get-together party and conference dinner

PAYMENT

You will receive a quote after registration in the ConfTool conference administration system.

All fees for the 2025 SCS Annual Meeting registration should be paid in €uro, VAT is included in all fees. Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms.

Payments – without any charge to the beneficiary – are to be made by bank transfer to:

for the amount of €uro to the credit of the Slovenian Chemical Society, Hajdrihova 19, SI-1001 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

All payments should clearly state payee’s name and have to reach the Organizing Committee at the latest two weeks before the event. Admission to the session requires the registration badge, which will only be handed over if payments have been effected. Students are required to attach a photocopy of their Student Identification Card with their Registration Form.

If you are paying for more than one participant at one time, please inform us immediately at chem.soc@ki.si.

Confirmation of the registration

A Letter of Confirmation will be e-mailed to each participant upon receipt of Registration Form and payment (or proof of payment). Please present this letter upon registration.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Requests for cancellation and refund of registration fees should be addressed to the organizer. Cancellations received before 29 August 2025 will be refunded in 80 % payment. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. All requests for a refund will be handled after the event. Registered participants unable to attend may nominate substitutes by informing the Slovenian Chemical Society (chem.soc@ki.si).

In case that the conference is canceled by the organizers, FULL REFUND of the registration fees will be made accordingly.
